the venus factor

While looking for weight loss program I came across The Venus Factor,. Being a full-time college student while it's extremely tough being able give enough time to exercise.

A couple of months ago a girlfriend of mine convinced me to join her Zumba class. It was really tough for me to work my busy schedule around the set times for classes 3x a week, while the results were good as much as weight loss goes. I love carbs! I adore pizza, ice cream and french fries. I've never been able to stick with a no-carb/low-carb diet due to this. Yes, because this really is a weight-loss plan you do have to do some limiting in what you eat and when, but forget about counting calories and starving yourself ridiculous. That is a work out-centric program. You will still have a wide variety of foods to eat and will have the ability to gratify on your favorite sweets and carbs, in moderation of course.

The Venus Factor is only $47. I was already almost spending the exact same thing for my Zumba classes, but because I was not making it to all of my classes I was wasting my money.
